Our Management Team
Mark Dindas
With over 50 years’ experience in the construction, property and hospitality industries, Mark has been involved in resort property internationally for the past 16 years and more recently has spent the past 5 years focused on the management of resort properties in Australia. Using the skills and experience he has gained, Mark’s first Australian resort investment was the Management Rights for The Bay Hervey Bay holiday apartments, upgrading them to one of the most popular holiday destinations in Hervey Bay. This location popularity has been reflected by increased room revenues for rental apartment owners, which now extends to Coolum at the Beach Resort on the Sunshine Coast.
Stevan Matovic
An Architect/Planner by profession and Company Director with extensive qualifications and experience. He has been registered with the Board of Architects in QLD, NSW, VIC, and TAS, and is a retired Fellow of the Royal Institute of Architects.
From 1981 to 2018, he led his architecture practice specializing in architecture, master planning, town planning, and interior design services to institutional, government, corporate, and private sectors initially QLD, VIC and NSW, expanding to services Australia-wide, China and Japan. Since 2018 he has continued to provide architectural and planning consultation for select clients.
