Resort Management Unit Trust holds Management Rights over resort apartment complexes strategically located in key tourist areas of Queensland. Management Rights businesses generally have two main revenue streams:
- Caretaking agreement revenue: Management Fees for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of the common areas on behalf of the Body Corporate.
- Letting revenue: Management Rights businesses hold an exclusive Letting Agreement with relevant Body Corporates.
Resort Management Unit Trust currently manages resort apartment complexes comprising 220 apartments across these three popular resorts.
The trust is continually seeking new Management Rights opportunities to expand its existing portfolio.
